HH Sakya Trizin Teachings in London on 13–15 June 2010.

Please note that all booking is now closed. It is no longer possible to buy tickets for this event.

Tickets must have been booked and paid for before midnight (BST) on 31 May 2010.

You will not be able to buy tickets on the door.

Notes for ticket-holders

1. Tickets for Parting from the Four Attachments are valid for people aged fourteen years or over; tickets for the Initiation of Kalachakra are valid for people aged fourteen years or over who have taken refuge. A "mother and baby room" for those with children under 3 will be available outside the shrine room but places are limited. A creche is not available. In exceptional circumstances children between 3 and 14 will be allowed to attend in the "mother and baby room" if arranged in advance, accompanied by an adult and if their behaviour is acceptable. Please email london@dechen.org for further details.
2. If you are booking for the Kalachakra Initiation, please ensure that you retain your ticket for both parts of the initiation as you will need to show it on both days.
3. Click on Submit and you will be taken to a screen detailing the tickets you have purchased and then by clicking the "Paypal" (payment method) you will be able to purchase your tickets using a credit or debit card or you will be able to opt to send a cheque by post.
4. Please note that tickets must be booked and paid for in advance. The last day for bookings and payment is 31 May 2010. No bookings will be accepted after 23:59 BST on 31 May 2010. You will not be able to buy tickets on the door.
5. Once purchased, your tickets will be posted within two working days.
6. If you choose to collect your tickets, you must collect your tickets at the venue 30 minutes prior to the teaching or initiation.
7. Tickets will only be posted to UK addresses. For bookings from outside the UK, tickets will be reserved and should be collected at the venue 30 minutes prior to the teaching/initiation. An email confirmation will be sent out confirming your tickets have been reserved.
8. You will be sent a confirmation email from Anna Golding. If collecting tickets at the door, please bring the booking reference at the top of this email.
9. Tickets are non-transferable. Right of admission reserved. Bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
